Too many people want to meditate but eventually stop becuase it's too hard or takes up too much time. Tiffany created these meditations to be versitile, extremely effective and accessible. Ranging from a 2 minute meditation to 20 minutes, you will always be able to fit one into your schedule, allowing you to receive the benefits of meditation without having to rearrange your life.
